A power kneader at the Osaka Plant is used to generate reactions in compounds that don’t crystallize easily with the crystallization method, enabling high-efficiency moisture value reduction/dehydration.
The equipment dries using vacuum/depressurization, shortening cooling time by causing reactions at low boiling points.
This feature increases production efficiency, enabling a more stable supply.
Its nearly airtight structure also gives it a design that helps prevent impurity contamination.
